Golden Park fully respects your rights to your personal data.
The data obtained in reference to the reservation of a vehicle parking space that you make, will not be used for any other purpose than processing the request of our customers and will not be shared with third parties.
The parking lot is monitored on a 24-hour basis by a closed recording monitoring system.

2. Website Content.
The content of the website, as well as the information or data contained therein (eg products, product prices, etc.) are subject to modification at any time and without notice.
Golden Park may change or withdraw, at its absolute and business discretion and at any time, any offers, without notice.
3. Reservations / payments.
3.1. Parking spaces can be reserved electronically on the Internet, via the website of Golden Park, at www.goldenpark.gr. A reservation can be made only for one parking space at a time.
3.2. When making the reservation, the customer should specify the desired parking duration and select the parking area.
3.3. Reservation of parking spaces should be made no later than 1 hour before the time when the parking space is required.
3.4. The reservation made by the customer is not transferable to a third party and is valid only for the specific dates and times he chooses as well as the price and parking space specified in his reservation.
3.5.1. In the event that the duration of parking of the customer’s vehicle exceeds the duration specified in the booking confirmation email received (longer stay), the customer will be charged with the corresponding price for the additional parking time of his vehicle, according to the applicable parking space reservation price list.
3.5.2. Conversely, in the event that the duration of parking of the customer’s vehicle is shorter than the duration specified in the booking confirmation email received (shorter stay), the customer will be charged with the corresponding price for the actual parking duration of his vehicle, according to the applicable parking space reservation price list.
3.5.3. In case the customer does not use the parking space (nonshow), no charge will be made.
3.6. There is no additional charge for changing or canceling an online reservation.
3.7. In the event of cancellation or change of the customer’s non-prepaid reservation, official notification of such cancellation or change will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during the reservation process.
3.8. Each booking, which has been confirmed,as described, in the booking confirmation email, constitutes a contract between our customers and Golden Park. The reservation does not reserve a specific parking space.
3.9. Golden Park has the right to cancel a customer’s reservation and/or exclude a customer from the parking area, in the event that the customer’s behavior causes or threatens to cause any damage to the property of the company or a third party, or the customer acts with unlawful manner and not in accordance with the terms and conditions or violates the peace or behaves in any manner contrary to good and business morals.
3.10. Golden Park reserves the right, in the event that it is unable for any reason to provide vehicle parking services, to unilaterally cancel the contract or provide a corresponding alternative parking space at its absolute discretion. In this case, Golden Park will make every effort to notify the customer as early as possible.
3.10. 1. In the event of cancellation of the contract by Golden Park, the customer will not be charged for the reservation and Golden Park will not be liable for any other costs that the customer may incur as a result of the above default.
4. Prohibited Activities.
4.1. No vehicle shall be towed into passenger vehicle parking areas or entered into the passenger vehicle parking areas by any means other than by the use of its own mechanical power.
4.2. The users of the passenger vehicle parking areas are prohibited from carrying out work, repairs, maintenance or washing of their vehicles during their stay in the parking area.
4.3. No activity related to the sale, rental or other type of disposal of the vehicle shall take place within the passenger vehicle parking areas.
4.4. Parking is normally carried out by the manager and his employees and exceptionally by the drivers/customers of the company, if this type of parking is allowed or chosen by the company. In any case, it is strictly forbidden to park outside the marked spaces, as well as obstructing, by vehicles, of traffic routes within the passenger vehicle parking areas.
4.5. The customer will not, when using the passenger vehicle parking areas, take actions that may disrupt the orderly and safe operation or cause any problem to the manager or the company or any other user within the passenger vehicle parking areas.
4.6. The customer will not emit unnecessary noise or exhaust fumes within the passenger vehicle parking areas.
4.7. The customer must not deposit waste of any kind in the passenger vehicle parking areas, except in the special containers intended for this purpose.
5. Security within the Passenger Vehicle Parking Areas
5.1. Drive safely.
5.2. Customers must drive carefully and slowly in the parking area and follow the instructions of the manager (owner) and/or his employees.
5.3. After leaving your vehicle, please go straight to the office to collect your car entry ticket. Subsequently, follow our driver to board our business van and please have your children close to you. Please note that children are not allowed to run and/or play in the parking area and must be accompanied by an adult.
5.4. Park your vehicle exclusively and only within the marked spaces of the passenger vehicle parking areas, as long as you are instructed to do so.
5.5. In the event that you accompany animals into the passenger vehicle parking areas, you must keep them on a leash when they are not inside the vehicle.
5.6. The customer will not refuel his vehicle, but neither will he transport fuel with it within the passenger vehicle parking areas.
5.7. The parking lot manager/owner reserves the right to move cars, by driving or otherwise, when necessary, to avoid obstruction or to more efficiently accomodate the arrangement in the passenger vehicle parking areas.
5.8. The owner of the parking facility reserves the right to move any car at any time time in any other suitable car park under the control of the car park manager/owner, in case the car park has to be closed either permanently or temporarily, in whole or in part, or has to be vacated in case of emergency and/or for the performance of other kind of works.
6. Liability.
6.1. Golden Park is liable only in the event of any damage caused within the passenger car parking spaces during the parking of a vehicle and provided that the following circumstances do not exist that exempt Golden Park from liability: a) the owner or driver of the vehicle did not cause the aforementioned damage in any way, or b) the damage is not due to a fortuitous event, i.e. an event not due to Golden Park’s fault, or an event of force majeure. In any case, Golden Park is only liable for fraud or gross negligence by the manager or his employee during the parking of the vehicle.
6.2. Golden Park assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, destruction or theft of the customer’s car or the contents of the car during the time the car is parked. The customer must ensure before leaving the passenger vehicle parking area that a) their vehicle has active insurance covering all risks that may occur in open or closed vehicle parking areas, b) all windows of their vehicle are secured, c) no other person or animal has been left in their vehicle, and d) their personal belongings are placed within the storage areas of their vehicle and are not visible to third parties.
6.3. Our customers will be deemed to have read and fully understood all General and Special Terms before making any booking.
6.4. With this contract, Golden Park provides each customer with parking services and shall not hold the slightest responsibility for any costs, compensation costs or costs related to flights or other services. Each customer is solely and at all times responsible for ensuring, ensuring, having sufficient time available to park their vehicle in a timely manner with respect to any airline undefined trip he is going to make as well as his other travel arrangements.
6.5. If the customer causes any damage to another vehicle or to a third person or to the facility of the passenger vehicle parking area during the use of the passenger vehicle parking area, he must take the following actions:
6.5.1. To immediately inform any member of the company’s staff about the incident, so that the relevant incident report is completed in writing by the company’s staff,
6.5.2. Notify the Police immediately,
6.5.3. To notify his insurance company as soon as possible, 6.5.4. In particular, if the customer causes damage to the passenger parking facilities, the customer must fully compensate the company for the immediate and full restoration of any such damage.The customer shall provide specific authorization to the company to debit his registered payment instrument details to cover the relevant damage. In the event that the customer causes damage to a third party’s vehicle or property, the customer shall fully indemnify such third party for the immediate and full compensation of any such damage, and/or the company, in the event that the company is required or requested to indemnify such third party.
